Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Sosha Fashion, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review the product details, size guide, and colour before ordering.

Size exchanges

You may request one size exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing soshafashion24@gmail.com with your order number and required size.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and delivery charges for size exchanges. Please contact us for approval and return instructions before sending an item back.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or offer cash refunds for change of mind, colour preference, or an item no longer being needed. Eligible size issues can be handled through the size-exchange process above.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item with visible fabric damage, please email soshafashion24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

For approved claims, we will cover the necessary return and replacement shipping costs. We will offer a replacement at no additional charge. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Processing

We aim to inspect returned items and confirm the outcome within 5 business days of receiving them. Approved replacements will be dispatched within 5 business days, subject to availability. Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
